    Kevin:

I received my order today and it exceeded expectations. I cannot express how pleased I am with the whole process. The ordering and shipping were very fast, the items were securely packaged and everything was well put together and high quality. Seeing how well the items were packaged I had no doubt this is someone who takes pride in their product. So Thank you!

There is another thread about changing the bearings I am going to post in and I took some pictures to upload and post some tips from my experience, but I am wore out now, so it may be later this week but I will definitely give you props over there too.

Unfortunately, I was not able to complete the mission today, as the bolts for the brake caliper and getting that dust cap off were giving me fits and i was worried about it getting dark on me. At least the bolts are all now broke loose and i know what to do so tomorrow should be successful. I didn't think I was that weak... I cannot overestimate how tight the bolts are even using PB Blast and breaker bars. Also, definitely lock the hubs to keep the hub from turning when loosening the big 173 ft/lb bolt if you have 4X4.

Thank you again - I will tell anyone who needs hubs to contact you!

Mine arrived on Friday. Thanks Kevin. Keeping up with it all on your own has to be a tough job.

Damn border gouged me $30 on each package....grrrr.....With shipping, border and exchange (30%) I am still ahead of the game. Last time I had the dealership do one it was almost $900 for one side. I am in about $600 and at this point am hoping no more than $400 labor to do both sides. I am holding out 'til spring to get that done.....Fingers crossed.

Those must have been mine since I got a tracking email when I woke up Saturday morning and they were on my door step when I got home from work today Monday. This whole process was fast and like someone mentioned up above, shipping was very well done to protect the goods going from coast to coast. Thank you again for the quick turn around.
I'm not installing them until the weekend so I don't have to worry about running out of sunlight. I will take pictures of the before and after and some in between to post later.

    Thanks Kevin

You got it bud! Prerunners are an easy swap so you shouldn't run out of sunlight. Def take some pictures and post them in here. Take some quality pictures of your truck for my website too if you don't mind!

Looks like a easy swap but I get home from work at 5pm and its already dark outside. The truck doesn't quiet fit in the garage so I have to work on the driveway. If I've been driving with bad bearings for months, I'm sure they can wait a few more days :)
I will take pictures and definitely don't mind if you want to use them either.

    Thank you!!!

Extremely slow week receiving parts from my vendor. I will be picking up parts tomorrow evening and getting to work quickly on orders. I will PM tracking info tomorrow evening. Apologies for a slow week, I will get everyone's orders to them before the holiday

I'm installing mine tomorrow and want to be prepared and have all needed tools handy. Is there any special tools I must have? Better yet, is there a tool list for this swap somewhere in this thread?
99tacodriver said the 35mm socket is not needed for the 4x2 Prerunners.
I also saw a video using a slide hammer to pull the hub off.
    Thanks in advance

Check page 10 for a 4x4 walk through.
Only difference with the 4x4 and 4x2 is that there is no 35 mm nut in the middle of the hub assembly

Yea you don't need the 35 mm socket if you have a 4x2.
If I remember right the sockets you need will be a 14 mm and a 17 mm
The 14 mm is for the caliper and the 17 mm is for the hub assembly. You will also need a 17mm open end wrench to get the bolts of the hub assembly off the spindle.
You may also want to get some WD 40 or penetrating oil to spray the bolts before trying to break them loose.

I don't recomend using the WD 40 or penetrating oil on the caliper bolts though.

A breaker bar may come in handy if you have one too. I didn't have one so I used a piece of conduit over the handle of the wrench to get leverage.

You may also want a rubber mallet or if you don't have one just use a hammer like I did. You will need it to bang the rotar loose.
Do not hit the rotar when you trying to loosen it. Hit it between the studs. If you have a rubber mallet I'd say you are safe to hit the rotar itself but that would be up to your judgement.

A slide hammer would probably help to loosen the old seized up hub assembly but if you don't feel like getting one just use a hammer. It doesn't matter if you bang up the old hub assembly because it's being replaced anyway. I just banged all the edges while pulling on it untill it came out

    Good luck

Edit: btw if you like to torque things to spec then get a torque bar
Only thing I torqued to spec was the bolts on the caliper (91 ft. Lbs.)
And 85 ft. Lbs. On the lugs for the rim
