Scratch in the Clear Coat

With less than 1,000 miles on the new truck, I brushed up against a bush. It was enough to scratch the clear coat. What is the best way to rub this out withou doing any further damage?

 

if its not really deep, mothers and meguiars both have a scratch and swirl remover out, one being called scratch x if i remember correctly(sometimes my memory sux), and both these will work reasonably well. good luck, and let us know what happens!!

 

a little buff job won't hurt.

 

I think a "buff job" would make me forget all about the scratch
