Mountain bike parts for sale

Hey gang. As some of you know, I am a professional bicycle mechanic. As such what I ride rotates through kind of quickly sometimes. So this time as I clear out the parts closet, and thin out the fleet a bit I figured I'd offer the parts and bikes to you guys before I deal with eBay.

I assure you that there is nothing wrong with any of the parts listed below, if they were ever used they were maintained, serviced and cared for by me for their entire life. Everything will be described in detail and photographed individually.

Assorted Mountain Bike parts for sale:

RockShox J3 SL fork. This fork came stock on my wife’s 2006 Specialized Women’s FSR-XC, but I pulled it after 3 rides because I upgraded the fork on my bike to a Fox, and put the Reba that came on my bike on hers. It is a 100mm travel fork, Set up for Disc or V-Brake use. (The V-Brake bosses are included but not installed) Fork has a lock-out on the right leg, and a pre-load adjustable coil spring in the left leg. Also included is a retainer ball headset. The 1 1/8” steerer tube length is 191mm. Retail price on this fork would have been roughly $200.00

Specialized Format 143 Saddle. This came stock on one of my mountain bikes, and I rode it 4 or 5 times before returning to my old Rival saddle which is just more comfortable to me. Slight scuff on left side, and a few dirt marks on the surface. Retail price for this saddle would have been $70.00

Shimano SPD Mountain cleats. Came in the owners manual packet for one of my bikes at some point, but I use Egg-Beaters off-road and Shimano road pedals on-road so I have no use for them. They are complete and un-opened. Retail price for these cleats would be $20.00

Assuming, based on the part number & SLX that the shifters 9 speed. Would that be correct?

 

Correct. The SLX shifters are triple front by 9-speed rear. Added to the description now. Thanks.
