Do you wheel? Because this Mall Krawling Princess does not, and the bumpiest thing it will hit is a damn speed bump

I do, but nowhere near as hard as some guys on here. I have to balance it out because the truck is my daily and I also use it for work so I need to last as long as I can.

I keep my stockers just for that reason. Obviously not a long term fix, but a good enough band-aid while I wait for my replacement.

I don't think so. IIRC, because of the way the shocks get mounted on your axle, the new shocks are essentially mounted at the same angle (in opposite directions- driver's side angled forward, passenger side angled towards the rear). I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but they should go on either side without issue.

    Yes
Not sure if anyone has mentioned this about the shock boots but make damn sure to pull the, down and rinse inside them every time you wash the truck. Shock boots leak and trap crap inside them, I've seen a million times where people will pull them off after a couple of years and find completely pitted shafts and rusted rod ends.

Are the 2.0s that much better than 1500s to make it worth the money?

The back is higher than the front stock. What he is saying is that lifting 3" in the front and 1.5" in the rear will level out the truck.

OP, I ordered the same rear shocks from wheelers and only ONE of mine had a boot. So I'm running with nothing. Be glad you got a pair, lol.

    Bro.

You should have used a drill and a 1/2" bit to drill the bump stops out to fit the uncut center pin.

Make sure you leave enough centering pin in case you need shims later (assuming you left them out).

Just about done with the other side. 3 degree shims were installed and all gits perfect. Just torquing and will be putting it down for pics. Rear brake lines are definitely at the max. I have new ones but will do it eventually
