Sorry OP this is off topic but.
Yes over consumption is a problem so is the drought but lack of planning from the local government should take the man made blame. Nestle bottles millions of gallons of water from springs in Cali and pay only penny's for it then sell it for 1.50 a bottle. California is a beautiful state its just sad the people are so good at fucking it up.PM me if more needs said or go back to sleep and pretend everything is fine.

Not sure what I did to piss off Mother Nature. Insurance started a claim now I have to wait for them to come look at it.

Hi, jparker, I had buck run into my 2015 Tacoma 7,350 mi on it. Est. cost is $ 4,158. I will try get some pics. posted. I hope I can keep my truck thur hunting season. The rear door has a good dent. the back box also is also dented. All I have of the deer is some hair the wheel mouldings. He jumped up and run off. ? is the metal on these new Toyotas rather thin. PS I coming from bowhunting it happened only a 1/2 mi from home.

Sorry your truck is hurt. Glad you weren't. Hope you get a fair deal from the insurance company. Just make sure you get a top notch body shop.

I wouldn't say he needs to consider trading/selling it just yet. If it is considered repairable without any structural defects, I would take it to a trustworthy body shop and call it a day. Just because something is repaired doesn't make it any less worthy of a "product". Imagine if everyone traded in their car in the event of an acident.

Pretty sure it's whoever's property the tree is on is responsible. But this is why you have liability.

Probably op's insurance company will take care of it and then go after the neighbors insurance company for it
