    I put new LED bulbs in my Sidemarkers and new switchback LEDs in my turn signals.

    I like the look of them. They're the best roof racks that I've seen for a 1st gen. And it's a TW member that I'd be supporting

    Quick question, I'm getting my truck aligned and I have an aftermarket skid, do I have to take it off for them to get access to align it? I know it's tight in that area

    I've seen them ground/worn down, I've seen the fingers broken, I've seen them with surface cracks from heat stress . I've never seen one broke in half like that. :eek:

    Can they easily get to the adjustment cams front and rear?
    If it looks difficult to get a wrench in there to turn them, I'd go ahead and remove it.

    Maybe, looks like an offset boxed end wrench would fit in there. How about the back side of that same bolt where the nut is, as well as the rear adjuster and nut?

    Look at it from the point of view of the mechanic. If your job is to do front end alignments, do you really want to mess with a heavy aftermarket skidplate to get to the adjusters?

    I know when I take my truck in for front end work, like the gear change I had done, I went ahead and removed the skids and took it to the car wash to clean it up. Mechanics like this.

    I could probably slide a wrench in between the bolt and the tie-rod boot so it'll be close. So I will probably just take it off to be sure. Thanks! Wish I didn't have to take it off but oh well
