Tiger honestly most of it is good genetics as my family has always had good health with stocky builds. I am a few months from 41 years old and have never drank, nor smoked , and I hate fried foods. I honestly believe living a simple, clean, life has also helped me greatly.

Before I was an officer I also worked at a huge tire factory for over 10 years. Most of that time was spent on the docks unloading semi trucks of tires by hand. They were packed with tires ranging from 40lbs all the way up to 250 lb truck/tractor tires. I usually would do maybe 3 full semi-trucks per day and back then was in the best shape of my life.

Today I usually hit the gym maybe 3 times per week for 45 minutes each session. I am pretty much enjoying the benefit of my previous hard job as well as my younger lifestyle and simply trying hard to maintain this 41 year old body.....plus I chase 18 year old crack heads and it helps to be in shape once you catch one who wishes to fight.:D

sometimes just having the appearance you can kick someones ass deters them from thinking they can fight you

im in the gym maybe 5 times every 2 weeks...and i can never get any bigger than i am now...i guess im just supposed to be skinny

What are you doing for work outs? Less weight, more reps = more endurance/stamina I think. Whereas higher weight, less reps = more muscle mass.

Do you do any protein shakes/supplements before/after work outs? I tried that, but it didn't help me either. Then again, I don't have a consistent workout routine.

Or maybe it's all the donuts.... :D

You should see my husband's legs just from all that he did growing up, and there's no "juice" there either. Some people are just blessed with good genetics as he said.

i go to the gym 4 times a week, I drink and eat so much protein you would think I should be straight muscle, but I am not. I talk with all the big buys at the gym, all of them take roids. I also see lots of other guys that go to the gym as much as me that are older that dont take it. They arent big, they are slim, but they arent big. There is one cop tho that I dont think takes it, hes just a big guy, but he isnt toned up like robocop is, hes just big and kinda sloppy.

if u can ever get video of u closelinin a crackhead... by all means, please post it! :D u look dam good for yur age... i only hope when i hit 50 i still look young, but like u said about genetics... i take my looks from my dad and hes 52 and still looks way younger and has a full set of blonde hair

im gonna tell u like everyone and their momma has told me... u dont need to get any bigger... u look fine the way u are... be happy bc there are so many other people that would love to look like u

i actually have a good friend of mine that his wife works with a fitness expert, and she is supposed to have my new meal plan to help me start gainin weight. since i burnt up my blender with the weight gain smoothie attempt, i hadnt really had the chance to drink much more with it. i have although been tryin to eat some type of red meat/filet meignion everyday, but i think that is just holdin my weight. ive freakin dropped from 112 to 106 since end of sept :( ... sucks to say i probably will never get back to 125 anytime soon

so... if i can ever get my hands on this new meal plan ill post it up for u 2 (PT & Tigerfan) if u care to give it a go ;)

Believe me I wish I was juiced and if I could use it I would eat it like candy however we are tested often for drugs at work. I have never used anything and I have visited the doctor for bloodwork in an attempt to see if my age would show me with low levels....thus allowing the doc to prescribe testosterone. He said my levels were 750 on a scale of 800 and that my natural levels were so high I never would need anything anyway.

He said my genetics were great and that men my age should have about 300 on the 800 scale so I was happy. They did check my thyroid to see if it was jacked up and making more hormones and stuff however it showed to be fine. So for me good genetics allow me to get by with less work however I do still try to keep active.

Actually in person I am not really that big of a man. I can tell by looking at the gym the guys who use and I do not look like one of them. I am about 190 lbs on a 5"8 frame which I really do not consider freaky huge or anything.

It always makes me a little pissed when people look at a man in decent shape and quickly say "damn he is juiced". Maybe he is just working hard and blessed with good genetics. Or maybe he has actually worked his whole life while also training hard. Maybe he just hits the gym daily and lives right....maybe some should try a little exercise also before being quick to assume.

people only say that to make themselves feel better, as to justify why they dont look that way, saying that they can only get big with the use of roids is just an excuse as to why they dont try hard to get that way, they would rather criticize and bring the other person down rather than spending the time to better themselves (i hope this made sense)

im 6'3" 193lbs, i use to weigh much much less (hs sophmore year i was 6'0" 130lbs, senior year 6'3" 165 lbs) each time that i have gained weight has been when i am working out, dieting correctly and taking protein supplements, and everytime i gain mass very rapidly..im just too lazy to keep up with it...i know i have the genetics to back me up to get there, i just lack the self motivation and dedication to keep up with it...i like cheeseburgers too much :D
