@NutFlush If you have the time, I think many of us would love to see you start a separate thread about how to remove the headliner with pictures of the process. I've got some ideas [for the truck I don't have yet] and I'm wondering what I'd be getting into running power like you did.

Dropping the headliner was not difficult at all. Mine has the moonroof. Door panels are easy. Just two screws and a little pulling. I bought the Dynamat on Amazon. About $150 for a box of nine sheets (36sq ft). Make sure you its Amazon Prime. Shipping could be expensive as the box is heavy.

Music to my ears! Added a Borla ProXS and couldn't be more happier with it. Noticeable but not droning especially at highway speeds.

Added the Extang Trifecta tonneau cover. I also put a bed mat in the bed to save stuff from sliding around like ice skating.

You will not have to drop the whole headliner to run power. If your source will be from the driver's side fuse box, just remove the A pillar covers, sunvisers and overhead console. If you want to tap into the moonroof's power, just remove the overhead console.

Yes, it is center/off 2.5". I don't have a part number cause the shop I went to had them in stock. If I had to guess it looks like 40659. $225 is what I paid for parts and install.

Did the headliner come down exactly like the second generation's or were there some differences?

Pretty much the same. You do not need to loosen the B pillar covers.

I recieved my grill the next day. At the time (Oct 27th) there was only one available. I see the SR grill is a popular replacement choice. How long are they telling you the wait is?

I won't receive my truck for a week or two. Just curious on how long it would take so I can get it ordered. I prefer the stock grills, and think a white TRD sport will look nice with no chome. Your truck really looks good with the SR grill.

Oh I know the wait. It's hell. I had to wait seven long weeks after I was able to order mine. They should have more grills available now and you are in SoCal so it should only be a day or two away.

I would buy the grill now so you can swap it out and sell the original one before it gets chipped up.
