I was going to purchase the 5100 from 4wp. I already had a set of OME 886 springs. What I wanted 4wp to do was put my springs on the 5100 I was going to buy from them then install the struts myself at home. They said nope so I took my buisness elsewhere. The shop I did go to had no issues putting my springs on the 5100's

Makes me wonder what if they put the lower coil seat on the 5100 on upside down. That makes the coil seat weird and people make that mistake all the time.

I talked with the store, the ome spacer they use for the taco lean, didn't seat correctly, and that is what made them say no.

I have it all fixed and situated, atleast on my end, and hopefully Justin is being taken care of!

Good idea... If they don't hit you with a restocking fee... I'm dealing with that situation now.

Good on Jon. He's here in Orlando and have wheeled with him several times. He's a great guy, and it shows here. People should take this to heart, look at the service he's willing to give from the all evil 4WP. Give things a chance yourself before condemning something on a friend's friend said that they suck.

Jon called them. Told them how the lift does in fact work.

I think Ima get screwed on the deal no matter how, my original price was going to be 1000$
I paid 850 for the setup I have, so to go back and install the spring like I originally asked I seriously doubt they going to wanna do that for free. So Ima have to pay more install fee which will bring my new total to more than my original had they not denied the install. Kinda sucks. Thinking now I wish I had told them no, just put my truck back together the way it was. Which I'm sure they would have charged me for some kinda install on that too had I done that.
