Here is what my needle bearing looked like:

No wonder there was so much vibration....

Now I'm smelling my breaks a lot after taking the calipers & rotors off to replace the cv axles. Is this normal?

Could it be that the pads are stuck against the rotor or something?

Hmmm. I didn't get any kind of smell. Are you sure it's the brakes?

    Yeah, I'm pretty sure...

It's the same smell you get after you're using the brakes a lot when going down hill etc

It's possible I guess. I'm not too sure how to fix it or why it's doing what it's doing though...
Any advice you can provide is much appreciated.
I installed CVJ CV Axles, your Hub Assemblies, & the ECGS Bearing.

Like 1500 miles. I fucked it up on removal. Broke the tool so tried a slide hammer. Didn't work, obviously

I'm still experiencing vibrations from what seems to be the front diff. It gets worse when I turn the wheel especially when I turn it to the right. Any ideas?

did the caliper Pistons push I easily or did they give some resistance ?

if a piston did not push in at all that would be the culprit.

the Pistons should push back in without much effort from a C clamp

What year did this come off of? That looks used up or you had problems getting that bugger out. Did you CV axel have any wear?

Wow Man. that looks totally screwed up for a 2015. Sad that Toyota made it like this. I replaced mine and only had problems getting the CV axel out. I just greased it and put it in.

Should you grease the axles or ECGS Bearing prior to install?

I think the gear oil provides the lubrication, which is why there is a seal.
