Nice. I need to get mine painted.

Did you remove the windows and other hardware/seals, or did they just mask them off?

Did you get the normal height or "tall" model for the 1165x1358 shell rack? I am about to do the same thing. I will be installing my cab rack 1165x1358 next weekend pending weather and will be getting a camper and rack like yours. I just want to make sure the height matches up nicely. Thanks

They just masked everything off and painted it... There is only a 2 spots that you can see the old color, but you have to look pretty hard to see it.... its where some of the molding is peeled up a little bit... and they couldnt get under it after they taped it off....

What's you guys experience with the leer 100xl? Found one on craigslist, my only concern (I'm pretty sure) is it doesn't have a reinforced roof. How much would that affect my ability to add a roof rack and potentially carry cargo on it?

I have a Leer 100r, it's not reinforced but I drilled through the roof of it to mount Thule bars. I now have a cargo basket on top and still carry surfboards, kayaks, and lumber on it. I'm hesitant about a RTT but everything else I've had in top has not been an issue.

I know when @zscott was looking at LEER and he ended up getting the 100R without the reinforced roof. LEER/the dealer told him that to only reason the shells like the 100RCC came reinforced was for the sides where they usually have the windoor toolboxes. The roof is still the same as the non reinforced models.

I can find his post if you are interested.

From what i understand one of the things to look for is the inset window molds. The shells with the inset molds are slightly stronger because the it gives it more rigidity.

    This is stronger

Got this Leer yesterday. It's not perfect. It needs to be sanded & repainted. But for $50, I can't complain.
