    This, no need to give Frank any flack. Bottom line is I am trying to sell close to 20% of the stuff in my house, get rid of 2 vehicles and move across the country in 6 weeks. Whoever makes it easier for me gets priority. I'll try to be as fair as possible when I can but when cash is right in front of you with hands to help remove/install on both ends no one in their right mind is going to say no.

    Speaking of, Frank do you need a smoker, grill, couches, lawn equipment, patio furniture, or any other various things I have to sell?

    where do you live in Panama City, are you from there? I grew up in the panhandle in a small town called Mexico Beach, FL about 20 miles east of PC. My mother still teaches in PC.
