FEELER: Would you put these on your Tacoma?

I do want to add LED mount locations. I can do something a little bit more custom than simply placed on the mesh. I think I will print some actual mounts for them that give a little bit more accent to how they attach.

Thanks guys! I can't wait to see how this thing looks on a truck. The next one I do will have a bit more forethought put into the processes and I should be able to make it paint-grade and more detailed. That won't be for a while, though. This was extremely time consuming and my 3d printer is being a PITA right now.

Not available yet.... This had to be 3d printed in a total of 12 pieces (8 different prints) which took about 44 hours on the printer itself. Then I had to plastic weld all of it together. Don't even ask me how long I spent doing body work to make things look right, either, and it's STILL not perfect yet. If I had to name a price for one of these right now based on the time, materials, parts, other resources, and specific skills that it took to make this possible, it would be in the thousands right now. Hopefully I can put together a better way of producing these.

 

It sure looks like a ton of hard work. If you do figure a better way of producing these I am very interested in one. Keep up the AWESOME work!

U do definitely have great ideas n stuff but at this point what are in production and available for purchase? U started the thread with those illuminated grille lettering, and continued to expand onto even more development . So how n where do we purchase what u have available ? Thanx

Theoretically, I can make any of the things that I've posted here so far. But the things that are actually at a production level, which will be more reasonably priced are iPad kits and grills.
