    * * Here is a simple slight trick if you trust one another * *

    Package it very well in a big enough box. Tape it simple but sturdy one way. When AARON receives it, he will slit the box open from the bottom and remove to grille. When he finishes the grille, he can reinsert the grille from the bottom of the package. Reseal it from the bottom. Take it back to the USPS Post Office and mark "RETURN TO SENDER". This will weight exactly the same and the post office will resend it back to the original sender for free.

    In all aspect, you spend the money for only one way shipping. This is just a thought and you'll have to work it amongst one another. It works 100% but its up to you guys...

    Hope that helps in any way to save on shipping cost.
