3" lift, goodyear wrangler duratracs 285/70r17, k&n filter, bakflip vp tonneau and tint.
What brand and size tires did you install?

I put on the wrangler duratracs 285/70r17. I'm running 35 pounds of nitrogen currently.

Overall handling of the tire on the street is good. So far what I have driven in the dirt has been good also. The only thing I would say is thay are a but loud out the highway but not terribly.

Amazing. They are relatively quiet for AT's, the tread wear rating is great, and they look badass. I couldn't be happier with them.

I've got a little over 2000 miles on my Toyota Open Country r/t (285/70r17). Fairly quiet w/ good road manners and have worked well off road on the couple trips we've been out on. I'd say they are a little louder then the 33x12.50 bfg a/t that I ran on my Wrangler but not enough to worry/complain about. Overall, so far, I like them and am happy w/ them.

Lucky you - my stock tires were Firestone street tires (at best). They couldn't get out of their own way on wet pavement let alone snow or god forbid mud! I need something a lot better, a tire that will stop my truck when I put on the brakes. Firestone didn't do that, not even close and that's basic for a tire = stop truck when brakes applied!

    I'm good now. :mudding:

I have a set of 235/85/16 Duratracs waiting at the tire shop. My 16 will go straight there when it shows up this friday. Can't wait!

Those are some of the best looking rims I have seen on this truck. They look really nice.

Agreed. I WILL go to Michelin ltx when the time comes. Have run 1 1/2 sets (will be on my 02 when I sell it.) Most excellent tire for my desires.

Running 265-75-16 bfg ko2. The look of the tire alone is worth buying these tires. I put the 4 stock rims/tires(150 miles used) in the basement. I live in ny so it'll be worth having someday.

The tires runs smooth. A tad bit noisier then stock tires when going +65 mph.

Can't wait to see how these are in snow. I know people who rarely had to use their 4wd. They said used it 1-2 times entire winter.
