No lift, everything else is stock for a few more months.

 

Nice which backspacing did you go with? Any rubbing?

 

The back spacing is 4.50", I almost went to 3.50" but thought might be to much stress on bearings. No rubbing at all.

 

Got my windows tinted.

Good idea but why didn't you buy the mirror that backlit in blue to match everything else?

 

Yes blue is available and is the one I am going to buy. I am just deciding on if I need ANOTHER compass as we have one on the Nav and in the gauge cluster display.

 

Programmed my HomeLink for the garage door.

 

Went and took my big truck to go play with my little truck but my little truck broke in two seconds. Psh, fords

 

Removed the V6 badge to put a different emblem.

 

Excellent pictures, thank you very much. I started doing something similar to this (not dynamat) with my last two cars and now I'm addicted. I'm about to buy a 3rd gen, and even though it may not be necessary, I think the ratio of results-to-effort on this project is worth it. If I'm taking the door cards off anyway to replace the front speakers, I might as well spend the 30mins packing in some better sound insulators.

How hard was the re-alignment of the door card for you? Was it difficult to get everything back flush and tight?

How did you remove the old badge

 

Fishing line like a saw (back and forth), then my fingernail to get most of the double back tape off, and paint thinner on any remaining adhesive.

 

Took my air dam off. Looks better with out it.

Also put my ball on so I can tow stuff.

 

I was post #95 in your thread stating I ordered the parts you listed. Only issue was the cabin dome is too large and most have downsized to a 29mm bulb. It took me about 15 min to do all the lights, such a cheap and easy mod. Love it!

 

Everything went back in place.
