Is there any cure for that '1 rear window open helicopter thumping' noise?

I did make a car fly when I was 16 once (long story). I found out pretty quick I was complete shit at landing one though

It's not selfish to transport your dog safely. And my dog enjoys the crap out of life when she get up to the farm and can run to hearts content. And jump in the ponds. Or chase squirrels. And retrieve birds.
And you're right. It's not about a kid in a razor factory, it's a helpless animal going down the highway at 50-60-70 miles per hour. With dozens of 3000-10000 pound rolling vehicles all around.
    Choose wisely.

Only on TW can a thread about the "buffering noise" turn into a argument about how to transport a dog. I usually strap the cat to the roof rack. He doesn't seem to mind...... much

Yep....I launched a '68 Chevelle 4-door over a railroad track berm @ age 16. It was so peaceful and quiet while it was in the air. I was going about 65 or 70. Got about 15' of air. Hang time was about 5 seconds, but seemed like 10 minutes. Kinda nosed in.....When I got out, the rear wheels were on the ground, so was the frame, about mid point of the car. Front wheels were about 3' off the ground. I never spilled one drop of my beer.

Hardly the case, Larry. But it's my dog, my truck, my potential vet bill, and my fucks to consider.

I'm not arguing with a stranger on the Internet what my dog ownership rights entail. That would put me on the same level as those who feel the need to do so themselves.

I've gotta run, anyway.. I spend my Sunday's sitting at a bench near the dog park, using some high power binocs to make sure everybody picks up their dogs shit as posted, and that no dogs are entering that are not spayed or neutered.

Someone has to report those human scum who are irresponsible with their pet.

Can this be your last post on the subject or are you going to repost it for every single person who doesn't say "hell yeah Larry, tell 'EM!"

Fuck me... I don't even own a dog but I'm thinking of getting one just because of this thread. I'll just duct tape him to the back seat. That shit will hold anything.

Yet NO ONE here seems to care that I strap a cat to the roof rack. I don't get it. Cats are people too assholes.
