That must have been a while ago. They don't even bother with passport checks anymore. The old guard shacks are still at the border, but there is nobody in them. I've driven all over Europe and can count on one hand how many times they asked to see my passport. In fact, I didn't have a passport for 5 years while living there and I moved freely. I did have to bribe a border guard in Latvia with a bottle of Jack once, but that was a separate issue.

They are a bit pricey but Benchmark Motors in Bellevue can fab anything - they are quality and have the same vision as you, ie they listen to what you want and can deliver. They have done several custom things for me (rifle rack mount, CB mount, RIGID lightbar with to duallys, custom switch panel and bed lights that are mounted along the top of the canopy - not a complete list but you get the idea) and I am very happy with all of it. If that is what you want given Justin a call and they can probably help you. Stay safe!!

It was 2005. And ow that i think more Germany to France we did just drive straight across. Switzerland/Germany was a guard shack. That check point we stopped at but for all i know it was just to get my passport stamped. I was with a host family so i was just a passenger there

Welcome to (seasonal) Lake Snohomish. Flooding is bad here, those soccer fields are under 4 feet of water.

The river is usually about 35-40ft below the bridge.. It's maybe 20ft right now

image.jpg Selling the Tundra /Sequoia wheels I just bought, because I need less backspace for my new tires. 4 wheels, just professionally painted, with matching center caps and lugs. Paid $400. 1 wheel has a small, professionally done invisible center rim repair.
Figured I'd see if anyone here wants them 1st.

Eh, see my Build Thread sig link. Too many mods to list.
Any more talk about a Black Friday TSF run? I think it was in this thread anyway. If not...anyone game? I've only been there once and don't know my way around, but it was a blast and I'd play Lost Sheep to your Shephard.

Hey Mike- do you still need the name of someone that does fab work?

Thinking about selling my bedrack to fund a trailer build, anyone have any experience with home built trailers?

I haven't been very proactive with that project, so yes.
I have too many things I want to do, but I feel like I'm under temporary ADD, causing me to get a lot of weird projects done, but none of the ones I write down.

I think he was referring to the 100,000 mile mark, not the light. :)
