    Kurt "jumped" the restart. Rule states that on initial first lap the second place car can't be he first place car to the line. 48 laid back on the start.

    Also 48 just caught too fast entering.

    Also how I view the race with the tv muted:

    He maintained speed, just started out of the restart box. The rule is for the start of the race only the second place car can't beat the first place car regardless of the leader starts in the restart box or on the flag. It's stupid.

    In kurts case, Second place car goes on the flag once theyre out of restart box and beats first place car, also a penalty.
