    My fan is hitting the shroud and making a nasty noise for some reason. I'm wondering if the shroud is messed up or the fan assembly. I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow and see if they will fix it under warranty and if not I was debating about replacing it myself and swapping in dual electric fans instead

    There is definitely something going on if your fan is hitting something. If your under warranty they should fix it

    or the plastic shroud between the radiator and fan broke from the screw tabs
    ive had mine not be installed back correctly and it was hitting the fan at times
