NOOOOOOO Chevy Colorado won again...HOW???? How is this possible? Oh I forgot cause it wins Jd Powers most pointless category...Initial Quality. Which basically means drive it off the lot and you now have a heavily depreciated pile of scrap metal.

I bought MY truck of the year. I would NEVER and I mean NEVER own another GM vehicle. So as far as Iam concerned I don;t need the bragging rights. I claim them with my wallet. (As do most as Tacoma buries the Colorado in sales and would do even better if they had a third line making them

The PEOPLE have spoken with their wallets which won Truck of The Year

Did they compare against the TRD O/R? They don't sometimes seem to not use the Sport or Limited against the GMCs, which would give a better feel to some of the categories they often compare to.

The Tacoma is designed in the US made in the US with US, Canadian and Mexican parts. Other than a redesign the Tacoma has for the most part just been given a while bunch of parts from different Toyota vehicles and been re-skinned. I bought Tacoma because GM makes crappy vehicles with all kinds of hidden surprises. That said I wish the Tacoma was built in Japan or Canada. It isn't and we can just keep our fingers crossed that our premium dollars bought a premium truck. I suspect they have. Time will tell.

It looks like there wasn't even a Tacoma in the test.

Is that a Sienna back there?
