You are 100% correct and I have seen that before, thanks for the update, should have remembered that myself, wife was a service advisor for 14 years and I recall her talking about that specifically now!

Congrats man you will love the SC!
I got my TRD shirt throw from http://trdparts4u.toyotaofdallas.com/Scripts/default.asp
It's about 30% shorter throws I'm beyond happy that I decided to do it way nicer

Yea I've gone back and forth with a dealer before on that kind of crap, it's super no fun. Biggest thing to remember at all times, dealerships are there to take your money. NO matter what, they are there to make a profit, so any corners that can be cut, and any cheap shit they can get away with, they will. So don't let them. question everything, always check any work they do.

Long story short, I took my truck in to get a 30k service done before a long trip (back in 2012, oil change, all fluids topped off, spark plug change, specified K&N filter, was told they would clean it)...got to my destination, just for shits n giggles I checked my filter, it was caked in dust, they didn't do any work at all. had to fight and fight with them to admit they didn't do it and threatened to contact the BBB on them...Toyota of Orange is junk.

Had my share of fighting with Ford over oil pump problem with my F 150, took 6 trips to the dealer, a YouTube video of the same prob and refusing to take my truck back before they finally did a short block replacement for me and my truck only had 18K on it.

    Little update:
Was being a idiot in our first snow slid an hit the curb with front an rear tires at the same time
Alignment was off stearing wheel was .25 turn off an my slip indicator light was on solid.
Good news no damage other than the $100 to get an alignment an a re-flash of the traction control system.

    ALSO!
    finally got me some sliders
They are avid weld on done my Mr Avid himself.

I think you're meaning to say you're running 265/70/17 tires, and wanna do 28570/17 because 2857517 is like a 35

Pretty sure 285s are equivalent to 33s.

    Yeah, in a 285/70/17.... a 285/75/17 is a 35.
