What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

That's kindof my attitude towards it, got the back up camera to save me from backing over the neighbour's kids for now

 

Phillips head screw driver, socket wrench with an 8 and a 10mm head, a dremel tool (or something comparable to do some trimming on the back of the 7-pin to make it fit), 2 self-tapping screws, and a couple zip ties. Pretty simple!

This a few days ago. Still debating on doing the steering wheel, center vents and console. Kinda think it will be too much white.

 

Installed new LED's in the interior Map lights, Dome light, and liscense plate lights. Also changed the Backup lights but going to switch back to the factory ones due to the LED's being dimmer. Installing new grille this weekend hopefully if time permits.

 

Scratched a nice chunk of paint off

Yea I was actually asking about the d-ring receiver hitch , that thing looks dope!!it reminds me of a jdm tow hook on a rsx featured on a issue of honda tuning years back.

Finally got my hi-lift mounted. Shout out to Pelfreybilt for the killer mounts!

 

Got some chrome tube steps for $50. Lol. They will be dipped black when I'm not lazy.

 

Which wheels are those? I heard they were special edition "trail team" or something like that. They seem to be very hard to find apparently.

 

Lifted the front on OME 886Xs. Today I'm having to track down FedEx to get my Dakars.

Long version:
- FedEx delivers 2/4 packages on Monday. Why can't you bring all 4, they came from the same place?
- Remaining 2/4 are supposed to be delivered to my house today. 1/2 delivered to local FexEd store. Wth?!
- Last package still at FedEx distribution facility. I call, tell them to keep it there and I'll come get it. I get there, they just attempted delivery AT MY HOUSE, can't leave it bc signature required.

Why can't the shipping company ship stuff?

The arrow is pointing the wrong way. My brain is confused.

 

I never ever use Fedex, they have damaged so many things, lost things. UPS, or USPS Priority Mail for me.

 

Not that the US Post Office is perfect (they're far from it), but I've always had the best luck with USPS Priority Mail as a shipper and receiver.

 

Interesting what other people experience. I wonder if it's a regional thing. I would choose UPS or Fedex over USPS any day. I can't event count the number of times a package ends up in a neighbors mail box when USPS delivers it.

 

I live on the outside of a residential corner, and my front porch is very visible (from both directions). My USPS deliveries have always come to the correct house, and they're normally placed behind a planter or next to a bench so they're not easily noticeable unless you're on the porch. On the rare occasion that someone ships to me using one of the other shippers, the packages are normally placed directly on the door mat, so everyone can see.
