Pioneer 8100 wiring help!

So I promise I've searched, and I just can't find an answer...

I'm installing a Pioneer Nex8100 in my '06 Tacoma TRD Sport non-JBL, and I have everything wired with a Scosche TA02B harness, except I can't find where to wire the speed signal input (pink wire) and how and where the e-brake wire is connected (light green wire).

I can't seem to find pictures or step by step instructions on this part of the install, and thought someone here might be able to lend a hand.

I guess I don't actually have to ground the e brake wire to do the bypass. The stereo place today showed me the bottom left corner trick.

I'm still really new to electronic work, but what did you get from the driver side dash? I just can't tell if I'm supposed to be hooking it to another wire, or bolting it to something or what.

Again, my apologies if my questions are super beginner, it's just a nice stereo and I want it to work, haha.

 

Curious as to where you ran the antenna's for the gps and satlite.

 

This may be a little late seeing as you posted this weeks ago, but the speed sensor is for the GPS, what for I'm not sure, as I have never had mine hooked up. The GPS works fine without it. When it was first powered up, the unit said the GPS was in some type of default mode. As far as I remember, someone posted that the GPS uses the speed sensor for the times when you lose Sat. reception to keep track of where the vehicle is.

Anyway, if you still want to hook it up, inside the driver's side kick panel is a purple/white wire from a 13 pin connector. that is supposed to be the speed sensor. I ran both wires (speed sensor, and parking brake) over there, but never hooked either up. I also used the left corner workaround to bypass the DVD safety (I never use it either way).

I didn't install my Sat. antenna, but mounted my GPS right on top of the head unit (inside the dash). I wasn't crazy about any exposed wiring, and had read about others doing this with no ill effects. So far, no issues from mine either.
