Measured it tonight when I got home. Front is now at 35.5" for both sides. Settled 1/2" after alignment and driving about 180 miles. Hope to post pics tomorrow if the weather cooperates

Are you going to put in the over load? My wheels balance around the same as yours also with k02 265/75/16

Not right now...... Will see how much more the front settles the next month or so and then make a decision.

Just installed the back suspension today didn't have enough time to do the front. (I have the Baja.) It looks pretty good for now. Can't wait for tomorrow to finish. I do have a question tho, maybe someone can help me. I have 3 pack tsb leaf and it looks like on the bottom of the pack there is a angled shim. Did any of you guys install that with the icon aal? And if you did was it the thick part facing forward? I hope I installed it right...

I kept the OE shim when I installed the ICON progressive AAL. Thicker part of the shim was oriented to the front of the truck and I re-installed it with the same orientation.

On the oem pack there's a small shim on the bottom. I thought I just put it back in with the aal is that a bad idea?

Leaving the shim in doesn't seem to hurt anything..... I have over 200 miles on my install and no vibrations

Yay finished today! I know it's for pro but Baja is almost the same. I have 1/4 strut top spacer on both front struts and icon aal with no over load. Front and rear measurements are dead even around 23.5in, left(passenger side) side is about 3/8 higher if that makes any sense.... It should be ok when I add my hidden winch and skid plates to the front end..
