Wet Okole

Just called and put in my order. Should see them in a couple of weeks. Anyone else jump on the train yet? I loved them in my '13

I ordered them from the group buy that just happened. Waiting for them to come in. There were a few other '16 guys on it too.

 

I went ahead and bought some for my 16 using the discount from the group buy. I put it off till the last second not knowing what colors or pattern I wanted. The group buy made it a lot easier to pull the trigger. I didn't want plain colored covers so I opted to go a different route and got the Sand Camo pattern thinking it'd look good with my Quicksand. I'm hoping they arrive before my trip back east for Christmas. I'll post pictures when they arrive.

 

How do I find group buys like this? If it's still an option, how do I get in on this group buy??

 

Click the Forum tab at the top of the page and then under Shopping there's a Group Buy tab. The group buy for the wet okole seat covers is closed but you can check the thread out to get an idea of how it works. This was the first group buy I participated in and it was great.

I ordered through the group buy also, saved 20%. I haven't even bought my '16 yet but I want to wrap those front seats the day that I buy it. I just found out my color change to quicksand has been accepted from the factory and the build date bumped up to 11/25 from 12/2. Nice!

 

Wish I saw that group buy. $120 off woulda been legit. You'll love quicksand, looks awesome!

 

Can't wait to see some pics of these in 3rd gens. Have had mine in my 2nd gen for 3 or 4 years and still look new.

 

Finally got my truck and slapped these on immediately

 

I got a set from the group buy.
Rear covers make it much harder to fold and unfold the rear seats.
I probably won't buy another set for future rides.

 

Looks nice, did you order with the TRD logo??

 

Anybody have experience with how these work over the cloth heated seats? Heated seats were definitely not a selling point in the truck but I love them now that I have them.

 

They should be fine, it's no different then you feeling the heat transfer through your jacket as an example.

 

Mucho dinero for some seat covers but the 20% off group buy made it an easy decision to go with WO and not the other guys. They are pretty nice to look at and compliment my truck well.

 

Had Wet Okole on my Tundra, pulled them off when I was ready to sell and the seats underneath looked brand new after 3 years.

Missed the group buy.
