    Absolutely hated this movie. I've never walked out of the theater, but almost did with this one. It was boring (took too long to get started), predictable (no mystery or suspense), and I laughed more than I squirmed (not at the jokes, which were weak sauce). Not a good sign for a "horror" movie. There was one scene that was what you might expect from a Roth-type of movie. "The Green Inferno" is a better name for what happens to my bowels when I eat too much salsa verde.

    Wife and I watched this Friday night. That death scene was shocking to say the least. I enjoyed the movie but I'll agree it was a little slow. There were some funny lines in it that made me chuckle. That bone tomahawk was sharp as they come.

    Yeah it is. I remember when it came out. I thought "oh this'll be a shit sammich"......we watched it 3 times that weekend it was so damn cool.
