Have you seen if there was a hardcore mode? Not really a difficulty but it makes gameplay more "realistic"

There is a Survival Mode , not sure if thats the same

 

I would think that's the same thing just a different name considering fallout new Vegas was made by someone else and not Bethesda.

 

I need to find freedom trail and then the railroad. Do you guys know where they are at?

 

You can change it in game as well.

Probably is, i feel like the game is getting easier so i may crank up the difficulty.

Just google the mission. That one is a pain.

 

The "railroad" is in the basement of the old church at the end of the freedom trail. You need a password to enter. It's the letters you've collected by looking at the freedom trail landmarks, in order 1- 8.

I'm doing all the Minuteman missions to build up some xp before carrying on in the story

 

Also I didn't realize till yesterday but I obviously didn't understand how the ability / Perk system worked because I thought you had to fill each ability in order to level up that ability to the next tier so I have most of my abilities at 6-8 and no perks yet

Just figured that out last night duh

No tutorials at all on this game make some of the finer points hard to figure out , sure enjoying it though

Edit: i see now, purchase from ronnie shaw when shes in the armory. Ill have to go back, not quite enough caps

Okay so I got past the railroad and freedom trail part... Now who is the best people to go to for help? Railroad, minute men or the brotherhood?

 

I'm subscribed to this thread just enjoying the gameplay scenarios you guys are posting up...

 

Minutemen are the caring supporting type, not very strong. Brotherhood is the blow shit up democracy ones. Railroad likes the robots

 

Level 28 and still haven't touched the main story line

Did find a set of X-01 power armor though.
