@Unchained 5150 From what I can see, that passenger side LCA should be pushed out as far as it can go. It looks like the cams are outboarded to the max. That would result in "maximum" camber, which makes me think that particular arm may be fluked. There should be no reason that you have positive camber with those cams oriented that way. Just to verify so I'm not dissing Camburg or your Alignment tech, when you get the chance, take a picture of both the front and rear cams in the same picture please.

 

Do you have a seized cam bolt ? Thats pretty common

 

How would I know if I did? It moved all the way to that side while he was aligning it. I was watching him to do it. I am going to let it settle some and then go back. But where would I get new cams OZ-T link please

 

If the tech couldn't rotate the cam, then it wasn't loose enough, or it was seized. But if he could rotate them all, then they aren't seized.

 

...or the very simple extremely likely & probable possibility that his truck is lifted just a hair too tall ( or his coils need to settle a bit ) which easily explains why maxed out cams still result in positive camber. OP what were your before and after hub to fender measurements ? ...she sure looks like she's sittin' a little more than level...

I am at 23 in the front right now which is about a 3 inch lift. Didn't take any before measurements. And it's not actually level the rest is 24

 

See I was at 1.75 lift up front and on my last alignment with stock UCA's he got me to 2.6 or so of Caster so that Cam was already turned pretty good. So I don't know if that makes any difference at all. Like I said I will let it settle for a month maybe then go back and have him dial the Caster back and give me 0.0 Camber.
