Thanks man! I saw some people on here complain about how they are noisy. Did you notice a loss of MPG with them? For the price I don't think I can pass up on them for the KO2s, also I'll be community for school so I'm hoping they won't kill my millage any more than the AT's that came on the truck. I don't have anything bad to say about the Goodyears besides they throw rocks but I'm going to a 17" wheel.

This looks like Box Canyon Road between Mecca and Chiriaco Summit.

It's just the top bolt and third bolt down. Then you'll feel the tail light loose and it'll pop off the two clips with a simple tug.

Did you add the roof rack or did it come equipped with it? I need to get something for my kayak.

That looks like an OEM roof rack. If you have a double cab you can order them from the dealer. I've always just laid my kayak in the bed and tied it down. sticks out a few feet, just tie a neon-colored flag at the end so other people see it clearly.

Did the seat riser mod.. Used an old bushing from a strut I had laying around from my 4runner .. Cut it in half and put it in there with a washer for a bit of seat rise.. Worked great..

Do we still have to check the trans fluid level from under the truck on the 2016 models? Thanks

Do you really think the seat is low? Just curious. I think it sits too high. Wish it were an inch or so lower

lol it's not bad really.. But Im 5'4'' and think the seat leaned back just a tad too much.. The spacers really did help. It was just for a minimal adjustment..

When I get mine I may do the seat spacer mod on the front legs to lean it back

I didn't really notice a difference, but I switched to them like the day after I bought the truck. lol Either way, with them, I usually get around 20+MPG city, personally.

Thanks, thought that looked like OEM but I wasn't sure. I definitely need to get some sort of rack, the kayak is 15 feet long so it would be sticking out a bit too far.

Long kayak. Mine's 12ft, so with a 6 ft bed and the tailgate down, only like 5 feet sticks out.
