AZ BS Thread 2.0

I'm hoping he retires. I really hate bosses that put their own personal feelings on their employees. If it's not an HR policy it shouldn't be imposed on the employee. I fought a battle against my last employer who wanted the men to wear ties. I just flat out refused and HR agreed with me that I didn't have to and couldn't be forced to.

 

Yeah, we are in a uniform battle with him right now. He is making us wear these ugly grey polo shirts (hot as hell too), while the rest of the company still gets to wear the comfortable blue shirts and t-shirts. He tried to play it off as a corporate policy, which we finally found out was a lie.

We just got bought out, so there are major changes coming in the next year, his job is not secure for sure.

 

Oh hell I'd of been in the HR directors office so damn fast. Things like this just don't matter in the long run and shouldn't be imposed. Just another way to exert control over another person.

I hope these changes are for the positive for sure! I don't wish anyone the loss of a job but if he's being this difficult over this I can only imagine what else he's doing

 

HR said we are in a different billing center and he can make changes to policy for our area. But the other outside the main market supervisors can't believe he is doing it. We are being run so ass backwards in so many ways, I am not even going to start in on them. It's a job, the people are good and I like the area. I'll put up with this shit for a while. A grey shirt and shaving won't kill me.

 

Ughhhhh this makes me frustrated for you. My last boss (chick) was by far the worst boss I ever had. It's what brought me to quit after putting up with it for three years. Just made working there miserable. It's my new job that's now bringing me out to AZ so at least there were good things out of it after all.

Agreed. You should also look at fine m&p compact. I love my m&p 40c. You are welcome to shoot it as well obviously it's going to differ a bit from the 9mm version but you'll have an idea.

I have a xds or xd can't remember all I know is my hand is too big unless it has the extended clip with grip. Gonna be for the woman when I get funds to buy a new one.

I've learned to just roll with it. He leaves us alone for the most part, which is also annoying because he can be damn hard to find sometimes.

This will piss you off... My company decided to try a new brand of gloves. every area ordered a bunch, with in one day we realized they were crap, ripped all the time. I went through 6 pairs on one scene (and it wasn't even a bloody one). The Valley threw them all away after one day. Our boss is making us use the one he ordered before he will order us the old ones again. Several of us have raised this issue to HR and made formal complaints. Its a major hazard. It took two months before we started getting some of the new ones in.

 

Thats a good start to your pron collection there.
