19, to almost 24, depending on how its driven. I live in the hills and chug up and down them often. I try to conserve fuel usually, and rarely if ever flog it.

2010 Reg cab 4x4 manual, that's with the stock tires on for summer, the mpg goes down when the snows go on. not by much.

The longer I own the taco the more I appreciate it.

I have a regular cab 4x4 2.7 manual. I get 15-17 in town and 24-27 on the highway. My best tank so far was 26.9 on a 350 mile trip. All stock. It only has 2000 miles so I expect it to get a little better.

My previous Taco was a 2.7l 5spd 4x4 access cab. My current one is the same but v6 auto. To be honest, I don't notice a difference in mpg, I actually may get slightly better pulling a trailer with the v6.
I sure do notice the extra power though. In my opinion the v6 makes for a much better drive, well worth any slight increase in fuel consumption.
I've always had Toyota 4 cylinder truck since my 84 4runner, but now would never go back after having the 4.0l V6.

I go easy on the gas pedal and lately have been averaging a little over 24mpg, with a lot of tanks over 25. Winter gas seems to lower it by a 1 mpg.

My truck hauls a bunch of weight due to work equipment, and also has 285's on it. I get 19 + around town, but drive pretty easily, shifting at about 2K, and don't think my truck has seen over 3 K rpm. more than a couple times in a 145,000 miles. It gets no better mileage on the highway than around town due to the tires, they are D rated, but really need to regear at some point.

    - influenced by temperatures//worse when subzero (occasional 18.5)

LT E rated (Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armour Pro Grade) - 19 to 21 MPG

Through almost 37,000 miles I've averaged 19.1. My high tank average was just over 24. Normal in town is 17-18, highway is 22. Truck is an AC 2.7/auto.
