Would be great if someone can do a DIY write-up. I'm being quoted ridiculous prices to install these.

quick question b/c I honestly didn't read this thread through the entire thing...has someone already determined that the factory projectors will work fine with HID meaning they will have a clean cutoff and not be off-putting to oncoming motorists?

I bought them anyways because my gut tells me that the projector will be just fine, but I never specifically asked and did not see if it's been addressed.

Someone posted a picture of the cutoff. It's pretty decent!

when people say "you're going to blind people" I really think they don't understand these are going into a projector housing...do you agree? I think putting an HID kit in a non-projector housing is what causes problems because the light reflect all over the place and is not focused.

looks great...any loud buzzing from the ballasts? or is that something that these high quality ones do not do....I know the kit I used in my ariel atom buzzed loud as hell.

No buzzing! And when you put the hids in you will have to adjust each light down slightly or you will get flashed. I guess with the halogen bulbs they are set higher from factory!
