Looks great, nice clean install, did you use the rigid sku#40156 mounting hard ware? I been trying to get rigid to confirm if that will work on a 2016. So far they have not responded to 2 request for info, as they don't list 2016 model year yet.

    Stock for now
We used the 15 brackets- http://www.rigidindustries.com/mounting-options/40156

no cutting at all, removed the bumper and made it work lol

it will work. My tech said it was way easier to make it work than he thought it would be.

light tugging til they pop free. The top came out easier once the bolts were out, the bottom stuck in there pretty good, short, sharp tugs helped on that. Don't pull too hard, but it will come out eventually

No interference at all with either the tilt function or completely opening it up. Also is fin antenna compatible as its exactly the same height. I have noticed a reduction in the radio reception but nothing that I will complain about.

Just gently pry on the inside portion closest to the switch and it will easily pop out. Then you might have to pivot it a little to remove the outside edge from behind the metal shroud.

Whats up guys. New to this forum and I have a few questions. I'm contemplating giving my 5th 4runner to my wife and making the jump back into a 2016 Tacoma. The questions I have for you all is. 1. Do you know if I can use the front suspension from my 4runner (3" King Remote Resi) and transfer that to a 2016 tacoma? 2. Also Icon uniball UCA's? I'm sure the FN wheels and 275/70/17 MT/R's will look great. Going to go back to stock suspension and swap the Tacoma TRD wheels. Just wanted to get some opinions. Thanks!IMG_0028.jpg

Nice! I'm thinking on removing the air dam, but I'm not sure.
Would you mind taking pictures of the front, lower front? How much of the undercarriage is exposed after removing the air dam?
    Thanks in advance.
