Absolutely. For my application they were perfect. I just had to limit the up travel a little bit due to my shackle flip.
Billies are a good choice for upgrading without blowing out your wallet.

 

Okay cool. I have the regular 5100s but they have shit for down travel so my best bet was b110s. Plus in the future I will do a SOS shackleflip also. Seeing your rear suspension setup has helped me make the decision to get them. Thanks bud.

 

The B110 5100's are made for the RCD drop bracket lift and were designed to used with the 4" block lift in the rear.
Unless you limit the up travel, mounting them in the stock location without a shackle flip is foolish.
I don't know what your rear suspension setup is currently but the shocks are the last thing you purchase. If your swapping out other components you need to measure the axle travel first before purchasing new shocks.

 

I've got dakars in the rear with already extended bumps which would limit up travel so no busted shocks. And if that isn't enough I got the option to extend tgem more. Would that be okay to run in the stock location?

 

Without a flip kit you don't need the B110's - you want the 5100's designated for the 3" lift. Can't hunt down the link but look them up on the wheelers off-road site, there is s great explanation of this in there.

 

The problem with the standard travel 5100 with the 3" lift is if you plan to take the truck off road they tend to be a little short. I had the problem and I have seen many other on this site have had the same problem where they over extend and blow out the seals. What I ended up doing is getting a set of extended length Icons from Down South Motorsports, which was very easy. I gave them my measurements and the leaf set up I am running and they built a shock for me. It took almost 2 months but it was well worth the wait.

Working with Redline to do the interior boot - I decided my sewing skills were way too rusty to do a good enough job.

Waiting on a matching TW decal to wrap it all up. Since I do not actively advertise my grill business and only do it here on TW I thought this was the most appropriate way to go. I've got a fakebook page I update occasionally but nearly all my work is documented here on the forum.
I wouldn't have it any other way.
