    This will be my 46th Ski season! I have skies every year since I was 6!
    4 years ago, when I was not working, I clocked 130 days! Was f ing awesome!

    Not a contest here, just LOVE to ski! Lived in Mammoth from 9 th grade till I went to University. Ski team, blah blah blah, grew up a ski brat. Parents did ski patrol in so cal, just always skied. Not a princess, I will ski slush, pow, pack, whatever, as long as it's relatively frozen ish!

    I am also a snowboarder... A pretty damn good one. The only thing I am not very proficient at would be the moguls... Usually I just point the tip toward the bottom and try to skip my way over the tops of them. Usually I eat shit about half way down.

    However, after some stress fractures in my feet from doing military stuff, I can hardly go a full run without having to stop due to my feet hurting so bad. Even with some STIFF boots (Burton Driver X).

    Considering picking up skiing to see if it's any better... Haven't done it since I was probably 5 years old.

    I've never been around ski people, so I've only been out 2-3 times or so (snowboard).
    I cross country skied about 12+ miles with the boy scouts to Camp Pioneer and loved it, even though I was on god-awful rentals with soaked feet. Rentals in the 90s consisted of low-top sneakers designed to rat-trap into a set of skis.

    Regardless, I'm fine not having yet another spendy interest (I gotta call a guy today about dirtbike handlebars)

    If you guys go, you really should plan something with @snowgod06 . He's been on some pro snowboard team or something impressive like that, I'm sure he'd love going.
