Just my luck. I move out of my cheap rent locked townhouse to go to school for three years and rent prices jump. I can't believe how much prices have gone up. You can't even find a shithole in the ghetto for less then $700 a month.

 

I plan on buying a house within a year of graduating. To heck with throwing money away on rent.

 

The value of the house I'm renting keeps going down. May need to make an offer to the owner soon.

 

Value of the house might be going down, but I bet the property might be going up like crazy. Go get an appraisal, I bet you will be shocked at the real valve.
