Its your truck man, but save a few more bones and do it right. You can get an OME lift for under $700. Look at it this way $300 spacer lift, $100 install, $100 to align, only to have to do it again with a proper lift. Either or up to you. Just some thoughts.

I hear what your saying, but I had it for $215 kit, alignment, and install. Kit for about $145, alignment $70, install free as my buddy owns an auto shop.

You get what you pay for.

But more than anything it depends on what you want to do with YOUR truck.

When you move the coilover down, away from the bumpstop and don't lengthen your shock, you're going to bottom out the shock before you hit the bump.

It can happen over speed bumps.

Fyi. My truck drive like it's stock and alignment is perfect. Did a diff and sway bar drop and bump stop. So my shit is all aligned.

Oh snap guess what my warranty is still good also on all my suspension components.

Like I said before. It all depends on what YOU want to do with YOUR truck.

You drive your truck like I drive mine for a day and we'll see who breaks what.

Ok and on the event I brake something mine will be fixed for free. No problem, oh and I don't take my truck crawling. I'm not that financially stupid. I'd but an older one.
