when charging the batteries that came with this light, how long do they take? I plugged mine in for the first time last night and there is a red light that comes on. do I wait for that light to go out, change color? just don't want to over charge them.

If you go overnight they should be fully charged. Do you have a volt meter you can check them with?

Will take approx 6 hrs to charge a depleted battery. The red light will blink about every second while charging, if its NOT charging correctly, the red light will blink very fast letting you know its not charging properly. Also the MH25 needs to be "on" for charging to take place. When fully charged the red light will stay on. It will stop charging on its own, but I wouldn't leave it plugged in either.

I'm not sure if he's talking about the MH25. He might be talking about the first kit that I offered.

Bump. I am also curious about this. The batts are 2400 mah and the charger says 600 mah so I'm assuming 4 hours for one 8 for two at a time but I really have no idea. The light on my charger never changes it seem like lol

I have 2 lights with 2 charges and they are both the same. lights up red when I plug it in and stays red no matter how long I keep it plugged in. don't know if its fully charged or not but both lights work.
