Maybe the video was another Bugatti Veyron that was driven into the water by a idiot.

What's the difference between a Bugatti and a porcupine?

A porcupine has a prick on the outside.

There's no doubt it's the same car (there are only a few of these cars around), just seems like a major co-incidence that someone was filming it when it crashed.

I was joking about it being another Bugatti....

Not that much of a coincidence that is got filmed...probably by a car enthusiast on the highway next to the service road with his camera phone.

It looks like he just drove it in.... like it was a pre-determined area where you can drive it right in. I say insurance fraud. I'm actually suprised how well the body integrity of the the car stood up! Even at that speed, you'd figure it would tear off the front end or something... not even a blown tire.

Me either... he either completely wasn't paying attention - due to cell phone usage or like someone else mentioned, insurance fraud...

The article said he left it running for 15 minutes while under water, it reminds me of a certain land cruiser that took what 20 minutes to die with no oil....

Saw it on another forum, just passing it on.

My second favorite part of the video, slamming into the water is my favorite part.

I just love how the whole thing was caught on video.

My other forum noticed the same thing, no bird in sight. What a stupid way to lose a "Lambo."

anyone have a theory on why the spoiler was up when they were taking it out of the water? It appears to not be up when it went in the water. Did this guy put the pedal to the ground to try and get out of the 2 feet of water?! maybe his tires were moving fast enough to casue the wing to go up after?
