Hmm .. if I had to guess I don't think there is a DCLB that is not a pre-runner except 4wd models

???? So I added the TC extensions on the steering rack for the outer tie rods. Which way would be the best in squaring them up? Im assuming making sure the wheels are square then measuring the length of the threads to make sure they are the same.

Not sure about a first gen but on a second gen the steering rack does not sit centered so the tie rod threads are never equal. The easiest trick I have been taught to square up your toe is to measure the back edge rotor to rotor and front edge rotor to rotor. I believe you should put just a hair of toe in it though to account for steer ahead.

Ok the threads where a 1/4" off from each other before I took anything apart. I'll do what you suggest and see how it looks. Thanks.

Makes sense - but I am not sure if it's accurate.

Pre runner that is a DCLB. Can you find a DCLB that's not 4wd and also not a pre-runner? I don't think it exists but I could be wrong.

So I'm rebuilding and revalving my double bypasses for the first time and I've been researching all I can but I'd like input from you guys. Is .008 with a flutter a good set up? Thanks for any help.

Lol ok, yeah I just have no clue on thickness, the rest seems easy. Single cab '07, low weight rear end, no bed and 2 spares.

Sorry guys was at work and trying to type fast. Kings, 18", 63" Chevy springs. Race truck style but not as intense, I'd like it comfortable on the street but can handle decent speeds off road.

I'd start at 10 comp and 8 rebound, Rebound tube all the way open, comp tube half way open and close as needed. If you get to the point that it's closed most of the way, step it up to 12 on comp. No flutter on bypasses
