Sunset said $300ish for sliders. Sheldon, sorry I didn't see your message about the tape before. City mill sells 1x18 for $4, safety systems has the same 3m 1x18 for $1.50 and they have 2x4 also. City mill is back by all the door mats, safety systems is on the last isle by the reflective tape.

No need fuses for the switch. You will fuse each relay, but the acc power in for the switch just needs one fuse where you tap it (fuse block) or in line if you pull from the stereo or something.

The acc power wire for the switches will only be used to activate the relay coil, which is going to use 1/10th of an amp max, so you only need 1 acc power source and 1 fuse for however many switches. I run 3 of my switches and 9 relays off of 1 acc power source with a single 5a fuse.

Next time I tear mine down, I'm going to try and lube the bushing sleeve with anti seize and grease on the rest where the zerks lube. I have a feeling my little squeak is coming from the sleeve against the bushing.

    that's TC's +3.5" LT kit w/ heimed uppers

either or, you can run bypasses and coilovers with those mounts

Have a spreadsheet here with every single thing I'd need for a lt conversion up front, and the total cost makes me really, really sad

    I see $2k, $500, $1k, $1-2k, then the control arms lol

Even with factory Titan tie rods and lowers, my mid travel is just under 3 with coilovers and UCA's.

    theyre basically non-maintenance consumables, no?

if one gets fucked, they're like $30 to replace

Yeah pretty much replace when they go. But so far my heims are good with 3 years or so on them. The front uniballs need replacing, but the heims seem to be far enough out of the way that they are good. I always use powder graphite on them so sand doesn't want to stick, it's been working so far. Powder Teflon should work too.

The rebuild kit isn't bad, doesn't say it but he sends new bolts and misalignment spacers too.
