Me too. I'm trying to convince myself I should hold off until I actually need new tires but those 265/75/16 KO2s look so damn good.

 

Is that a fellow MGM TRD OR in WA? Looking good man! Predators + roof rack makes for a badass look.

The tires are actually 17's. I bought the rims at the dealer when I bought my truck and received a call from them later saying, "uhhhh.... you need new tires as the rims won't work with the stock 16's. Blessing in disguise as that prompted me to get the KO2's. Went like this talking to my wife "Honey, dealership made another major mistake. I need new tires now... they sold me rims that won't work"!

 

Hi all, just got my Taco yesterday but I found a good deal last week on Lund 5" Nerf bars for only $150 on Amazon. So I put those on today, so far they look good. Also it really only took about 45 minutes to install. Almost bought bars from the dealer but I didn't like how high they were, plus these cost way less.

 

Did you take the grill off the truck or leave it on? How many coats? I am thinking about doing the same.

I took the entire grill assembly off, then separated the trim and cheese grater. It was easier than I expected. It's holding up pretty well with 4 coats. Still not sure I like the chrome trim though, might do that later.

 

Finally a nice sunny day to show off the topper and tint matched fronts. Anyone in the Denver area, I have guy that will do both fronts for $79.

Thes probably won't be very popular, but a set of sheepskins in lieu of heated seats.
All that's left is some Michelin Ltx AT2s and mud flaps as soon as RockBlocks starts mailing them.

Recommend the Sheepskin Factory in Denver...small guy, great service. They'd mail them up to you I'm sure and they are competitive.

Installed factory sill protectors. Definitely worth it. The 06 I just traded had some "tired" sills.
