    I ordered a long bed mat from Lisa last week (I still can't believe for $75 shipped) and got a short bed mat by mistake. I sent her an email and within 15 minutes had a response with an apology, and another on the way OVERNIGHT.

    Thanks to Lisa for great prices and customer service and to the OP for putting me in touch with them and setting this up!
