    In case anyone is interested, I am going to be giving a presentation on Mobile Communications Saturday evening in South Austin. If anyone is interested in attending, shoot me a message. I've invited folks from Texas Overland, as well as the Heart of Texas Off Road Club.

    EVENT: Intro To Mobile Communications
    Date: Saturday Nov. 21
    Time: 6:00pm
    Location: Austin, TX

    We will cover the various mobile radio services available to you. Advantages and disadvantages for each.
    This will include some advanced radio options available to HAM operators that have very interesting applications for Overland caravans.

    I know this is a Tacoma forum but I know there's some Jeep fans here so I figured I'd post. If anyone is looking for a second vehicle, a vehicle for your wife, etc, my sister is now working at Don Davis CJD at I-30 and Collins in Arlington. She just started and is looking to sell her first car. She's in the pre-owned building but can sell you brand new vehicles as well. Just ask for Bailey! She'll hook you up!
