    mine were scratched a lil, but all i did was throw some more rattle can on there and u cant tell

    Ok- Wet sanding...Just take a piece of 2000grit and pour some water on it??
    Did you use the tire dupicolor or the regular stuff??

    I'm getting tires rebalanced next week-Weights on the inside was one thing that I didn't remember to ask for. Once that is done and my grill kit shows up I'll be getting TONS of paint all over the place and I'll finally be posting pictures- T- 7 days.

    1) i let the sandpaper stay in the water to get somewhat soggy, then wet the wheels and did a light sand to them

    2) i just used regular stuff for the wheel and the fusion for my center cap since it was plastic

    is it pretty easy to wash the wheels after theyve been painted? and if you don't like the paint job what would be the best way to remove the paint without scratching up the wheel?

    Yes...The paint cures in about 7 days to completely hard. You can wash them just like any other car part...I wouldn't put a high pressure spray RIGHT on the wheel (like within inches)...but other than that....Good to go.

    As far as fixing it....If you do sand/paint your rim finish is going to be scratched up....Very fine,. but you are roughing up the finish on the stock rims. If you want to "go back"- You'll have to paint them a different color.

    if ur asking me, my tires are gouged to shit from rocks while offroading and i'm not gettin out in the cold to repaint...lol...not only gouged the paint, but the actual rim. powdercoating wouldnt have helped that

    but normal driving they looked as good as the day i did them.

    another person did that in the insides of the sport wheels and it looks pretty good.
