700 miles on new Tacoma. Upgraded the suspension, tires, wheels, and had diamond stitch leather installed. Had the 2 front seats raised almost 1" in the rear seat bracket. I myself felt low seating position uncomfortable but am completely satisfied with the rear of the front seats raised. So far, only complaint is between 64-73 MPH on cruise control met truck cannot decide if it wants to be in 5th or 6th gear. Kind of a shame they didn't do a 7 speed in my opinion. At approximately 60-64MPH I can easily get 20mpg plus on cruise control. Somewhere around 65mph my truck on cruise shifts up and down and fuel economy drops quite a bit. Other then that, I'd like to put a black powder coat front bull bar or similar with possibly "LEGAL" led driving lights on it if anybody has any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Looking for a nice black powder coat front bar with legal

Those seats look beautiful! You're saying the dealership set you up with an upholstery shop? They did an excellent job. Would you mind going into detail for what exactly they did and cost?

    Yes, it was $1995.00
Wesley Chapel Toyota has a third party company they work with. I'm not sure who that is?

What size tire are you running? Blocks or aal in the back? And any issues with the Uca/lca? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to see how these setups are working out for when my truck arrives.

What kind of bar? A light bar? Rigid makes some DOT approved lights. You can only have 4 lights on the front of your car lit up at a time though so you'd want to replace your fogs completely.

Wow the seats are beyond awesome, but $2000.00 ... OMG .... I love them but my wife would literally have a cow .... wait maybe if I told her it was the same price as a set of shoes?

265/65/18 terra grapplers g2. Apologize in advance but not sure what uca/lca means? I have toytec suspension front and rear which raised the truck 2" through the suspension system. No blocks. Also, had to try 2 different sets of wheels. My experience is they had to be "low offset" or the first tire I had which was a little taller and wider rubbed unless it was raised 4" which was more then I wanted to do. Hope that helps!

Thanks for your guidance. I did not know that. I was hoping to find a brush bar or bull style bar with light integrated. Maybe this doesn't exist yet for 16 Tacoma. If you may know of a good direction for me to look, please advise. Thanks

Wait.... I'm confused about the raising of your seats. What was raised, by how much, and how did they do it?

The driver and passenger rear seat bracket was raised with a spacer ( almost 1" ) and then longer screws were used. For me I felt the seating position was very low. It now gives me a slightly more upright view and slightly higher seating position. Still not sure why on a $40,000 vehicle Toyota did NOT put seats with height adjustability?

Power seats would make the seat bottom too high. Cab is too short for that.

If you want to completely replace the bumper, which would be what I recommend, check out InSain Fabs bumpers. They were on the SEMA trucks this year. Has cutouts for rigid lights.

I'm sure bull bars have been made for the 16. Be careful though because they can increase damage in an accident
