Love mine. I like everything about it and have gotten a bunch of compliments since I picked it up 3 days ago

Presently I regret buying the truck, but only because I'm lucky enough to have the driveline vibration. Should that be remedied it might be my favorite vehicle I've owned. If not I won't own it for long.

Moral of the story - recommend thoroughly test driving before purchasing.

No regrets here. The only part I didn't like about the truck was the cheese grater grill but I custom made a replacement now I'm 100% happy with it.

I'm happy. I've always liked the smaller trucks and this one is every bit as great as my 07 Taco was. Not sure about frame rust; the area where I live doesn't get alot of bad weather and they don't use alot of salt.

Main thing was the door seals filled up with water and water also pooled on the door sill. I got tired of gm's stories about engineers were working on a fix and would have one before winter. I knew this was not going to happen so I traded it in for a Tacoma.

    Things I did not like,
steel cable for a dip stick.
could not put my hand in to check the serpentine belt.
    cheap plastic seat back levers.
plastic gas door hinge I was reading about problems the door would pop open.
shoddy job gm factory done installing the black vinyl flooring.
Several other things I will not mention.

I like it. It still has to prove itself to me. But so far so good and no complaints.

I truly appreciate everyone's input, but it seems that there is an issue that comes up every other day. The hood vibration for instance. I just might cool my heels for awhile & let the bugs get worked out.

I'm at 1,300 miles so far. No complaints. No problems at all, especially none of which have been reported on here. No sunroof rattles or leaks, no hood vibrations, no vibrations at all actually.

If I force myself to come up with a complaint, I guess I'd say I wish the factory tri fold hard bed cover was more sealed up from water, but I didn't really expect it to be in the first place so it's really not a huge problem to me.

I'd also like to add, I love the factory tri fold cover. Very easy to operate and remove. And it looks good. Plus at the back panel it has TACOMA molded into it so it looks very matchy matchy with the rest of the truck and doesn't appear to be added as An after thought like some tri fold covers do (bakflip comes to mind)

The truck is great. Looks great, feels great. I have had it for over a month and it still gets compliments every day. It turns heads on the road and my family loves it. I regret nothing. I originally intended to buy a '15 when these dropped so I could get a good deal, but test drives changed my mind. The interior is flawless and silent. Everything, except the ect button, is in the perfect place. The easy lock and unlock without using the key fob with keyless start is awesome with two little ones to carry to the truck. Cup holders are literally fucking everywhere. Center console is the right size and height and the display on the dash is rad, with mt reineer (near tacoma wash) in the background.

The mod options that are coming out for these new models look amazing and are really pushing vendors for perfection. This truck is going to be just as reliable as literally every other taco out there, without a doubt
