I fixed mine too, by buying a set of mastercrafts haha. Seriously though, that piece was broken in a few places, I would always slide my butt across it as I got out even when I would try not to.

do you mean the oil pan to the core support? or the height from the oil pan to the crossmember?

I do understand, you didn't read my edited post to where I said "Don't know if this will work for a 1st gen though." I was seeing if I could do something similar to my last post and put it on a switch because I like having my DTRL on every once in a while.

I know I can do that but that means my parking lights will be on as well. I know you think I'm crazy but I want it to where my headlights are only on.

Upgraded to tundra 231mm front calipers and rotors. Managed to break a 1/2 to 3/8th adapter. Figured that would be the end of my trouble. Then broke the wheeler's banjo bolt inside the caliper. Went to store for back out bits, forgo my wallet. Yup. Took two days.

Don't you love those extended repairs? I was swapping from manual hubs to add today and was flying through it. Put the first spindle on that I got from bayareataco and noticed no abs port. Oh well, but I'm going to wait till pick n pull has a 50% off sale this week to fix. So now my 4Runner sits for a week on jack stand. Not the end of the world but the Mrs. wasn't too thrilled haha.

Yeah the 3rz frame mounts are about an 1" forward on both sides. I cant move the engine forward anymore because of the oil pan hitting the front cross member.

The mounts came with the 5vz motor. I did add the bomb proof mounts to connect to the frame mounts but it is just a single bolt through the hole. I did not move the ones on the motor. So i'm pretty sure they are the right mounts. I also found this. http://www.chilkatdesigns.com/5VZ-Conversion-Mounts.html

Haha but it was a Pliny...I really do appreciate them though. I should have looked but assumed 01-04's all had abs. Tacomas are weird. No worries though as the local pick n pull has a few 4runners and I'm assuming they are doing the 50% off sale this weekend, so both spindles should only be $50 total. Need to get a few other things as well anyways.
