Ok, Buy you some factory fog lights from here or ebay or where ever, go to autozone and get a 30amp relay, 30amp fuse holder and some 9000 series bulb socket plugs and get a switch from http://www.oznium.com/gsw-45-led
Or get a factory switch from
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TOYO...5ee78d40b&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245#ht_500wt_1182
Go to Walmart and get some black plastic wire loom and find to some wire and crimp on connectors and shrink tubing, .BTW you will find a gromet plug behind the master cylinder booster to get wires inside of cab..
    Then go here http://www.yourtacoma.com/faq/index.php?sid=39723&lang=en&action=artikel&cat=6&id=3&artlang=en
    and git-r-done..
